Phantom View Lodges Accommodation

The lagoon-side timber chalets have wide, shaded wooden decks and large entertainment areas. They are fully equipped, two-story, 2- and 3-bedroom units, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.  The accommodation is very comfortable. All the rooms have gorgeous lagoon views. The wooden chalets are well-spaced from each other, and each one has its own privacy.

The chalets have direct walking access to the Knysna River and the Lagoon, where the  birding is great.

Guest facilities include a swimming pool, shaded parking and a laundry service.

We can arrange breakfast and gourmet picnic baskets, as well as sparkling wine and oysters.

The resort is 5 km from Knysna and a short drive from shops, restaurants beaches, forests, mountains, nature reserves and at least ten top-flight golf courses.

About our timber chalets:

• There are 2 and 3- bedroom, double storey, self-catering, fully-equipped  wooden chalets
• Each bedroom has its own bathroom, bedside radio and hairdryer
• Each chalet has an entrance hall, a master bedroom, a living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
• There is an outside wooden deck on the upper and lower storey in all the chalets.
• The living room and kitchen is open plan.
• The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a double fridge, a fan, a heater, and a television with M-Net
• There is a portable wood-fired braai and a gas barbeque on the upper deck
• The decks are covered with a canvas retractable cover, and they have uninterrupted views of the Knysna Lagoon, the lower reaches of the Knysna River and the Outeniqua Mountains
• Each timber chalet has its own shaded parking (1 carport per cabin)
• There is complimentary tea and coffee, and a kettle, in each bedroom
