Phantom View River Resort offers caterered meals supplied fresh each day.
Catering Hampers
Each basket caters for two persons. A 48 hour lead time is required for all orders, to ensure the freshest produce. Menus can be altered by special request. Prices subject to change. No refund if order is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to delivery.
Breakfast: Serves 2 People
Option 1:
- Muesli, fresh seasonal fruit, yoghurt drizzled with honey
- Freshly baked Pastry
- Phyllo tarts filled with bacon, mushroom & bluecheese
- Grilled fruit kebabs with a lemon grass syrup
